Chimayo Pepper- an ancient heirloom from the mountains of New Mexico. It’s  sweet, complex, flavor makes this a great base for chili powder and enchilada sauce.

Painted Mountain Corn- a colorful Montana mountain corn for milling flour. Selected by Dave Christensen from a strain of Mandan Indian corn for earliness and cold-hardiness - the ultimate survival food.  Also good for short seasons with low temperatures- like West Sonoma County.

Nutri Bud Broccoli-a wonderful  open pollinated broccoli bred in Oregon by plant breeder, Dr. Alan Kapuler of Peace Seeds. This is the broccoli to grow for flavor. The sweetest, richest & possibly the most nutritious broccoli for spring & fall.
